The service

logcohort records and replays sessions on websites where you install our snippet, with the features described in the docs. Sales and billing are handled by [SELLER-COMPANY-TITLE](the "Seller", details on the distance selling page); the service itself is operated by logcohort.

Your responsibilities

Only record websites you own or are authorized to instrument.
You are the data controller for your visitors: obtaining any legally required consent for recording on your site is your responsibility.
Don't attempt to circumvent masking to capture passwords, payment card data, or other data you're not permitted to collect.
Keep your account credentials and project keys reasonably secure.

Plans, caps, and what happens at the cap

Plans and limits are listed on the pricing page. When a monthly session cap is reached, recording of new sessions pauses until the next monthly reset or an upgrade — existing recordings are untouched and no overage charges are ever created. Data retention follows your plan (7/30/90 days); recordings older than your retention window are deleted.

Cancellation

Cancel any time from the dashboard; paid features remain active until the end of the paid period, after which the account continues on the Free plan. See the refund policy for refunds.

Service expectations

We aim for the service to be reliable, but it is provided "as is" without an uptime guarantee at this stage. Liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before a claim. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced to account emails.
